I'm here to save the day and give you, loves, the latest fashion trends from polka dots to casual luxury. Wondering what A-list celebrities are wearing this year? The top outfits from New York Fashion Week? What styles are hitting the streets? Keep reading to find out.
New York fashion week just ended and were all curious as to what new trends are out there. Faux leather has been all the rage this year, and was spotted on a lot of models this year at New York Fashion Week. This includes leather blazers, skirts, shorts, and jackets. You can find cute leather blazers at Mango.com. Different pops of colors have also been trendy this year. Green has surprisingly been a top color choice this year, as well as burnt orange. Also making the rounds are layered gold chain link necklaces. Model Cara Delevingne is known for wearing these chains at different occasions. Chunky sneakers in my opinion are by far the best new look, and they have been seen on the feet of many different A-list celebrities. They can be paired with almost everything to give you a casual, yet chic look. My favorite print right now is definitely snake-skin. Snake-skin is very trendy right now and the print for sure screams "wow."
One Designer, Marina Moscone, brought an audience to Gramercy Park mansion to show a new collection, which was a 90's meets 60's look. Designer Marc Jacobs closed New York Fashion week with a parade full of color at the Park Avenue Armory. Models came out smiling in 59 different looks and each look was different from the next, according to the New York Times. Each of the looks was said to reveal a somewhat 70's theme. His collection included lots of velvet and sequins.

When choosing my outfit for the day, I like to usually go for a comfy, yet casual look. Lately, I have been into the rocker tees, which you can dress up or down. You can never go wrong with a little jewelry, so I love to add in some different accessories to bring a little pizzazz to my outfits. When going for a night out, I usually pick up my star-shaped earrings to add a little spunk.

How to Choose the Perfect Outift
Having a hard time finding the right outfit for yourself? Start by choosing the bottoms, but keep things like weather in mind. Next, choose a top. Hold up the bottoms to visualize the image of the outfit. Sometimes its hard to find a top that will match, so it's important to Visualize. I like to choose a unique look, so sometimes I'll throw in 2 different patterns into one outfit, but it depends on the pattern. Next, you will need to figure out what shoe will go with the outfit. I usually like to pull out a simple pair of sneakers because they are comfy and seem to go with literally almost everything I own. Finally, you need to complete the outfit, and you can do this by adding some sort of accessory; such as earrings or necklaces. I usually go for a simple pair of gold studded earrings to spice up the outfit, but I also like to add a pop of color. You can also choose to add a watch, scarf, and sunglasses, as well.
